Drawify Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how V Square Softworks ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Drawify mobile application (the "App"). Drawify is a drawing app for iOS. We have designed Drawify to be privacy-first: your drawings and the content you create stay on your device.

1. Summary

Drawify does not operate its own servers for storing your content. Your drawings and any images you import are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your drawings or personal data. The only data processing that occurs outside the App is handled by Apple to deliver the App and process subscriptions.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not do:

• We do not collect, transmit, or store your drawings on any server.
• We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or password to use the App.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• We do not use third-party advertising networks or trackers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

All content you create or import in Drawify — including drawings, canvases, layers, settings, and imported images — is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data:

• Never leaves your device through the App.
• Is accessible only to you, subject to your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
• May be included in your device backups if you have enabled iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups through iOS. These backups are controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by us, and are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Because this data is stored only on your device, deleting the App will permanently remove this content unless it is preserved in a device backup you control.

4. Photo Library and Images

Drawify lets you import images from your device's photo library to use within the App. When you choose to import an image:

• iOS will ask for your permission to access photos. You can grant full access, limited access, or deny access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
• Imported images are used solely within the App and are stored locally on your device.
